Senior Clinical Specialist

The Clinical Specialist position requires a strong clinical aptitude to work in a team environment, supporting Territory Managers by covering Prosthetic Urology procedures in the Operating Room and Physician Clinics. Key responsibilities include serving as a primary resource for clinical support, attending cases, educating customers on product usage, and responding to customer needs and complaints.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and specialty product usage.
- Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products.
- Educate customers on product merits and proper clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions or working with other personnel to develop optimal solutions.
- Ensure timely collection and reporting of medical documentation related to procedural device operation.
- Support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of work and maintaining compliance to quality requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or Nursing Degree.
- Outside sales experience preferred.
- Patient care experience preferred (medical technician, medical assistant, nurse, nurse assistant, physical or occupational therapist or assistant, assisted living care provider).

Boston Scientific offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $100,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.
