We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Cone Health. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for leading safe and effective group exercise classes to improve participant health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group exercise classes to promote physical activity and wellness among employees, patients, and members.
- Assist with educating participants on proper form, anatomy, and modifications of exercise moves to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Ensure the safety of participants while using fitness equipment and maintain a clean and organized group fitness studio.
- Adapt classes to meet the varying needs of fitness ability to ensure all participants benefit from the class.
- Perform other duties as reasonably required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Nationally accredited certification from a recognized organization or equivalent specialty certification.
- BLS/CPR certification by the American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare provider.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
