We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, a prominent provider in the field of skilled pediatric home health services. This role is focused on delivering exceptional care to children with complex medical needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting.
- Collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Available Shifts:
Monday and Tuesday from 6:50 AM to 2:30 PM
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A valid RN or LPN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
