About the Role

As a Pediatric Nurse with Thrive, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to children with complex medical needs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid RN or LPN license to practice in the state of North Carolina
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
