About the Role

As a pediatric nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical home care to children with complex medical needs. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and promoting a culture of excellence, respect, integrity, compassion, and social responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric care to children in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
