HVAC Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Materials Coordinator to join our team at TechFlow, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a consistent and relevant stock of HVAC and electrical inventory parts, ordering new stock up to pre-authorized limits based on usage and job orders.
Key Responsibilities- Costing, purchasing, and researching materials utilizing current accountability structures
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the parts warehouse/laydown yard
- Replenishing truck inventory for field staff
- Establishing and maintaining backup sources for high-demand items
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with vendors
- Receiving incoming material and distributing according to current structure
- Warranty replacement and staging of materials with Tech or Manager
- Instructing yard attendants on areas needing attention in the laydown yard
- Working with subs on usage of DSC laydown yard
- Maintaining tool inventory
- Attending weekly meetings
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in an HVAC parts/supply house
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification is a plus (will be needed)
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Regular, dependable attendance
- U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain access to military installations
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
- Reach items located both high and low
- Climbing ladders
