Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Supervise and train front of house staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and restrooms.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to front of house staff to improve performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food.
  • High school graduate, some college.
  • Previous supervisor experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Food Handler Card.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
