Role Objective:
The Service Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing all personnel and administrative functions related to the branch's overhead crane service operations. This position is responsible for efficiently managing various service requests from clients, ensuring that technicians are dispatched effectively, and handling order processing, report evaluations, and procurement tasks. The Service Operations Coordinator is essential in providing support to both the Ace team and our clientele. Administrative responsibilities also encompass HR support, safety protocols, and fleet management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Ace technicians and team members to address customer service requests
- Assess and recommend necessary repairs or inspections
- Maintain customer relationships by reviewing service requests, identifying solutions, and proposing enhanced methods and techniques
- Build and sustain customer trust through timely responses, clear communication about issues, and prompt completion of tasks
- Review documentation for grammatical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and essential information
- Conduct research on inspections using computer applications and manage recurring inspection renewals
- Verify the completion of service tasks and process job invoices
- Execute HR, safety, and fleet administrative functions
- Uphold a professional demeanor, punctuality, appearance, and organization in all responsibilities
