Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at A C Nation. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, or repairing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial establishments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to establish strong customer rapport, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency
  • Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks
  • Test electrical circuits or components for continuity
  • Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

Qualifications:

  • Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
  • Valid Driver's License
  • EPA Certification
  • Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), bonus based on performance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
