Job Summary

This position will serve as the e-learning lead on the Travel Retail Worldwide Cross-Branded Corporate Education team. The successful candidate will partner with the VP, Corporate Education TRWW to bring all necessary content to life on the designated e-learning platform, measure its effectiveness, and become an expert in different ways to enhance TRWW's education capabilities through engaging e-learning tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through entire lifecycle (strategy, content, UX, technology & analytics) along with securing input & approval from primary stakeholders. Own deliverables end to end.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, and ensure cross-functional alignment and clear decision-making processes are in place.
  • Work closely with a broad set of stakeholders to provide strategic counsel on best practices, emerging technologies and optimizing performance.
  • Coordinate with Development, IT teams & business stakeholders on product roadmap, prioritization, and sprint planning.
  • Understand business requirements from an e-Learning end-users point of view.
  • Lead with the ability to generate business questions, run analysis and drive actionability from multiple sources of data.
  • Manage the workflow and priorities of the e-Learning team, including the content upload processes, bug fixes, and enhancements for the e-Learning platform/app.
  • Define prioritization of new feature launches, enhancements to existing features and CMS (Content Management System) improvements.
  • Collaborate with Digital Identity Lead to optimize and streamline Single Sign-On workflow/processes.
  • Point person for all integration and performance issues with the e-Learning platform.
  • Drive issue escalation and resolution; risk identification and mitigation, to ensure effective resolution of technical problems.
  • Ensure quality is considered throughout delivery. Conduct functional QA testing, performance testing, and other forms of Quality Assurance to ensure outputs are thoroughly tested and proven before deployment.
  • Improve and optimize learning analytics to demonstrate business impact of training initiatives. Track and analyze e-learning metrics such as engagement rate, content views etc.
  • Build a compelling visual presence for an elevated e-Learning experience.
  • Ensure delivery of high touch customer services in all technical areas related to the e-Learning platform and handle user service request escalations.
  • Strategize and plan the migration effort from existing e-Learning platform to next e-Learning platform, considering risks, timelines and potential impacts.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams on scoping and investigating the approach for migrating select content from the existing site to the new site.
  • Manage support and maintenance related work on e-Learning platform.
  • Strong experience in full project life cycle management from a software development perspective, including Technical project estimates, Scope analysis, Functional and Technical specification documentation Familiarity in Drupal CMS, JIRA, Confluence; experience with LMS and training applications.
