Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle a high volume of inbound calls, complete outbound calls for collections and revenue-driven promotions, assist with accounts receivable and collections, take payments, and assist with billing questions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, handle incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Reporting and KPIs: Manage reporting and track key performance indicators (KPIs), assist with peer coaching and training, and act as a mentor for new hires and current team members.
  • Escalations and Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience: 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally within a call center or high-volume call setting, and experience leading or supervising a team of customer service professionals.
  • Skills: Assertive team player with a positive attitude, high energy level, and ability to establish rapport and build relationships with current and potential customers, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, good negotiation and closing skills to drive sales, solid organizational skills, and good problem-solving and reasoning skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and MS Office package.
