Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist

National HME, Inc. is seeking a Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist to join our team in Gainesville, GA.
Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to safely deliver and set up medical equipment to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:- Deliver and set up medical equipment to patients in their homes
- Ensure all equipment is properly functioning and meets customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of medical equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
