We are currently seeking a Senior Healthcare Litigation Attorney to enhance our Cleveland, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare-related legal matters. This role requires maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring confidentiality, and working collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial case assessments and formulate strategic plans.
- Manage discovery processes, including preparation and responses.
- Conduct depositions, draft legal motions, and represent clients in hearings.
- Advise clients on legal options and potential outcomes.
- Foster and maintain client relationships.
- Exhibit strong negotiation, research, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Ohio.
- Demonstrated critical thinking abilities and a solid academic record.
