About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our team in Brookline, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support individuals with autism.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to address social, communication, and behavioral goals.
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions to inform treatment plans and modifications.
  • Collaborate with families and other members of the therapy team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or in a related field preferred.
  • Completion of ABA training programs or certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with clients and their families.

Compensation Package:
