Job Summary

Stanford University is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Contracts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Office of Technology Licensing, you will play a critical role in driving successful partnerships and innovative solutions for our faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate research-related agreements with industry and non-profit collaborators.
  • Ensure compliance with Stanford policy, sound business practice, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the OTL Licensing Team to protect and develop Stanford's intellectual property.
  • Provide regular status updates to managers and project administrators.
  • Assist department administrators, principal investigators, and staff with grant provisions and terms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of grant and contract programs and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
