About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join CBRE as a Sr Healthcare Client Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review financial information and additional data to develop comprehensive market plans, process improvements, management practices, and business unit communications.
  • Study the fiscal impact of real estate transactions using net present value analysis, IRR, and company and or client-specific processes.
  • Present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to the client and develop sophisticated strategic real estate plans.
  • Implement processes and define portfolio management priorities for site, area, and function planning.
  • Partner with managers of databases containing supply, demand, and cost information to develop comprehensive management models to aid strategic consulting efforts.
  • Support the achievement of financial, operational, and other measures established for the client.
  • Report on defined deliverables established for clients.
  • Develop building, state, and segment reports.
  • Distribute reports for the specific account or engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional internal teams to meet the business unit's real estate requirements.
  • Implement initiatives to reduce cost and maximize value for the client's portfolio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of proven experience.
  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
  • Ability to tackle unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Expert interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive approach.
