Overview:

Join the dedicated team at Pacifica Hotels, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a serene coastal environment. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure adherence to Pacifica's Pure Stay guidelines to promote the health and safety of both team members and guests.
  2. Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by property-specific protocols.
  3. Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor while delivering personalized service to all hotel guests.
  4. Effectively communicate with guests and fellow staff members to ensure a seamless experience.
  5. Thoroughly clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  6. Complete room cleaning tasks within the time guidelines established by management.
  7. Follow company policies regarding room security and report any lost items to management.
  8. Assist with laundry duties as needed.
  9. Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  10. Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance overall departmental performance.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
