The Construction Project Executive will oversee client engagement and manage team development. This role involves supervising multiple projects at various stages and leading teams that include Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.

The Project Executive will be instrumental in overseeing preconstruction activities, design processes, operational management, client interactions, safety protocols, risk assessment, scheduling, team growth, training, mentoring, and strategic planning as a vital member of the executive team.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction with a proven track record
  • Experience in preconstruction, cost estimation, and negotiation is preferred
  • Proven leadership in managing project teams with a solid understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and planning within the construction sector
  • Experience with both new construction and tenant improvements
  • A positive mindset and professional demeanor
  • Strong business acumen
