Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement individualized behavior-analytic programs for clients
  • Conduct assessments and research literature related to specific learners' programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
  • Conduct staff and caregiver training
  • Facilitate team meetings for clients
  • Develop and implement data collection systems
  • Monitor and analyze program outcomes
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • 2+ years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
