Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist - Board Certified. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement individualized behavior-analytic programs for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Conduct assessments and research literature related to specific learners' programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
- Conduct staff performance assessments and provide training to ensure high-quality care
- Develop and implement data collection systems to track client progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to RBTs and caregivers
- Participate in research initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in ABA therapy
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- 2+ years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
