Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist - Board Certified. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement individualized behavior-analytic programs for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Conduct assessments and research literature related to specific learners' programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
  • Conduct staff performance assessments and provide training to ensure high-quality care
  • Develop and implement data collection systems to track client progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide ongoing support and supervision to RBTs and caregivers
  • Participate in research initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • 2+ years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
