Purpose

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely operating delivery vehicles and/or truck-trailer combinations to transport and deliver materials to customer sites. You will adhere to driver safety and compliance regulations, ensure timely and undamaged deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Load and secure products, materials, or supplies inside delivery vehicles, ensuring proper positioning and safety.
  • Deliver customer orders to specified sites, verifying order details and maintaining accurate delivery logs.
  • Act as a customer service liaison, resolving issues and providing support to customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles, performing routine safety checks and adhering to company guidelines.
  • Operate hand-held devices to ensure compliance with DVIR and HOS regulations.
  • Perform credit/product return pick-ups and related paperwork.
  • Operate forklifts or non-motorized material handling equipment to load and offload materials.
  • Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury to yourself or coworkers.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, valid driver's license, and a Class A CDL license.
  • Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience; 2 years of CDL driving experience preferred.
  • Pass MVR report and obtain a DOT medical card.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
