The Enrollment Services Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for incoming students, providing guidance and support throughout the college experience. - Collaborate with College Departments: Work interdepartmentally to efficiently meet student needs and provide referrals to other college departments as necessary.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of student engagements and maintain confidentiality in accordance with FERPA regulations.
- Education: Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in clerical work, including customer service experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse populations, and proficiency in the general operation of standard office equipment.
