Key Responsibilities
  • Process interlibrary loan requests and renewals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and reports related to Interlibrary Loan services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to library users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with student employees and other unit staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Work closely with other library departments, branch libraries, and borrowing institutions worldwide to facilitate the exchange of resources.
Requirements
