Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at Prosperity Bank. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operate the online teller terminal, maintaining accurate records and balancing cash daily.
  • Assist with training and orientation of new staff members, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Perform related clerical duties, including maintaining a clean and secure work area.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • At least one year of related experience/cash handling required. Previous Teller experience preferred.
  • Good communication and math skills, with the ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
Working Hours

Monday - Friday 1:00 PM - 6:15 PM. Saturday 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM.
