Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chemical Mixing Operator to join our team at H.B. Fuller's Roseville, CA plant. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, following safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate processing equipment, including reactors and mixers, to produce high-quality adhesives.
  • Monitor and report any warning lights or equipment malfunctions.
  • Participate in general housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in the preparation of batches and operation of processing equipment.
  • Perform basic maintenance on equipment as directed by the maintenance team.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good math, reading, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fundamental computer literacy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
  • Good attendance record and ability to work mandatory overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and PLC-based process control systems.
