Assembly Specialist

Colder Products Company (CPC) is a leading provider of quick disconnect couplings, fittings, and connectors for plastic tubing. Our connection solutions improve the overall functionality and design of equipment and processes for the life sciences, industrial, and chemical handling markets.
Our products feature precise hose barbs for superior grip, built-in shutoff valves for preventing spills, and easy-to-use, push-button thumb latches for quick connecting and disconnecting.
As an Assembler, you will work with a creative and passionate team to serve staff and leaders and provide creative solutions to drive CPC's short- and long-term goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing repetitive operations as specified on Production Orders and explained in Work Instructions, Procedures, and Assembly Prints.
- Following and completing required documentation of work performed under general supervision.
- Setting up machines in assembly.
- Operating machines and equipment in the assembly area.
- Performing visual verification and testing of product according to provided instructions.
- Assuring all parts are completed within the standards provided.
- Informing the Assembly Lead of any discrepancies in part quality.
- Notifying the Assembly Lead of issues concerning worker or equipment safety.
- Performing basic ERP data entry tasks.
- Performing operations in a standing or sitting position.
- Lifting and transporting parts between workstations.
- Responsible for general housekeeping and organization in assigned areas.
