- Assess current market trends, stakeholder expectations, and competitive landscape to develop products that help establish WMC as a leading ad platform of choice.
- Demonstrated success in building a new product portfolio in the CRM (Sales CRM, Marketing CRM, and Service CRM) products space.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and influence and align across a diverse enterprise with varying levels of understanding.
- Background in mar tech, ad tech, and media preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities, and relationships.
- Bring a sense of 'fun' that inspires others and creates a healthy team environment.
- 10-12 years of experience in product management. Most recent 7+ years directly managing a team in a complex business.
