Responsabilidades del Trabajo
  • Asistir a residentes en instalaciones de vida asistida, centros de atención a largo plazo y otros centros post-agudos en la región
  • Ayudar a los residentes con movilidad, higiene personal, alimentación y otras actividades de la vida diaria (ADLs)
  • Monitorear a los residentes durante el turno y alertar al equipo de enfermería sobre cualquier preocupación
  • Verificar temperatura, presión arterial y otros signos vitales, informando cualquier evento anormal al personal supervisor
  • Mantener un ambiente limpio e higiénico cambiando sábanas y ayudando a limpiar las habitaciones de los residentes
  • Trasladar a los residentes de y hacia sillas de ruedas, camas y mesas de examen
  • Ofrecer compañía y una escucha compasiva a los residentes y sus seres queridos
  • Comprender cómo comunicarse con visitantes, familiares y personal
  • Ser responsable de seguir y adherirse a los planes de atención de los residentes
Calificaciones y Habilidades
  • Certificación actual de Asistente de Enfermería Certificado (CNA) en Illinois
  • Comprensión básica de la terminología médica y procedimientos de atención de enfermería
  • Capacidad para levantar un mínimo de 50 lbs
  • Habilidades organizativas y de comunicación efectivas
  • Un adecuado trato hacia los pacientes
