Job Summary
This role provides direct clinical patient care on an inpatient rehabilitation unit. The coordinator will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis and supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated. This individual is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management related to patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Requirements
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred).
  • Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation, or policy. CPR certification is also required.
