Role Description:

As a Culinary Support Specialist, you will assist the Chef Manager in delivering exceptional dining experiences within our Assisted Living Developments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Preparing meals using fresh ingredients while adhering to modern culinary trends.
  • Collaborating with team members to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a catering or culinary setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of menu creation, budgeting, and managing food costs.
  • Experience with online accounting and stock control software is a plus.

Additional Information:

This position may require participation in occasional events outside of regular hours. Safeguarding is a priority at Radishallgood, and candidates will be required to undergo a full DBS Clearance.
