Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to drive new deposit production and expand existing relationships
  • Represent the bank in the business community, building relationships and networking with key stakeholders
  • Review and recommend deposit and treasury management products for new banking relationships
  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and deepening relationships through product and treasury management solutions
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity, making recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of customer service or sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving over $20MM in new deposit production annually
  • 5+ years of banking experience, with a strong understanding of commercial products and services
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
