Job Title: Banking Associate

Job Summary:

As a Banking Associate at Enterprise Bank & Trust, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring the security of our clients' funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

• Maintain accurate records and ensure the security of our clients' funds

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients

• Assist with opening and closing the branch, following procedures set by corporate security

Requirements:

• Strong math and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Working Conditions:

• Extensive periods of standing

• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

• Constant judgment and concentration

• Frequent talking and listening
