We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Assembler - Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Snelling. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for operating various machines and performing hand operations to produce high-quality sheet metal parts.
Key Responsibilities- Operate multiple machines safely and efficiently, adhering to standardized procedures and engineering specifications.
- Set up and adjust machines to maintain tolerances and ensure quality control.
- Perform routine maintenance and record activities in maintenance logs.
- Conduct time studies and record accurate completed parts count on routing sheets.
- Report machine damage or malfunctions to supervisors and remain informed of fabrication job priorities.
- Participate in quality control checks and maintain a positive attitude towards job, personnel, and company.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production standards and deadlines.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in fabrication or a related field.
- Working knowledge of programming machines and ability to write part numbers and product codes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work regular hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Competitive salary range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
- Full-time schedule with 10-hour shifts.
- Benefits package including dental, health, and vision insurance.
