Electric Motor Stator Winder/Assembler

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electric Motor Stator Winder/Assembler to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting large electric motor stators for commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot large electric motor stators
- Use precision measurement tools and assembly tools to ensure high-quality products
- Follow safety precautions and rules to ensure a safe working environment
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical assembly drawings and production documents
- Take measurements and complete production documentation to record key operations
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and make minor adjustments/repairs as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with electric motor stator assembly or similar equipment of equivalent complexity
- Knowledge of motor stator winding techniques and safety precautions
- Ability to read technical electrical and mechanical assembly drawings and production documentation
- Excellent working knowledge of electric motor stator winding, assembly, and testing
- Ability to work in an industrial production environment and follow safety rules
