Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments, manage deposits, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as handling mail, notarizing documents, and preparing reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Account Manager to assist with sales and service activities, including onboarding new policyholders.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive, outgoing, and team-player attitude to contribute to a productive and supportive work environment.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Personal Lines Insurance License: Possess or be able to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance License.
  • Reliability: Be able to reliably get to and from the office, bank, and post office.
