We are seeking a highly skilled Optometrist to join our team, providing patients with specialty services under the direction of the Medical Director.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to community medicine and providing culturally competent care to the medically underserved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patients with specialty services, including completing required documentation accurately and timely.
  • Follow FHCSD policies and procedures, including cooperating with credentialing and licensing paperwork and maintaining CME units.
  • Participate in administrative duties, including lab reports, charts, and medication refills.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of medicine.
  • Part-time, Per Diem position.
