Salary and Benefits Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $17.25-$18.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonus and career growth. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance at reduced premiums, dental insurance optional, vacation time after one year, birthday time after one year, and 401K available after one year.
Job Description
As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their auto parts questions and needs, either in person or via telephone. You will handle cash and other purchasing transactions, operate the electronic and paper cataloging system to retrieve up-to-date parts information, effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers, and demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a High School diploma or equivalent, have prior automotive background or knowledge (ASE Certification is a plus), and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced and exciting environment. You must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays.
