Key Responsibilities

· Provide training to all Solar Installers on job requirements, including safety protocols.

· Foster a positive working environment among installation crews, colleagues, and subcontractors; identify and resolve workforce issues effectively.

· Organize, lead, and mentor crew members to ensure project completion within set guidelines and timelines.

· Monitor the progress of installers hourly to ensure adherence to installation plans; follow established Construction Job Flow Procedures.

· Ensure the accuracy of personal and crew time sheets.

Required Qualifications

Education

· High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role
  • 10+ years of electrical experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in Solar Installation – preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

· NAPCEP Certification - preferred

· Ability to transport materials and equipment for job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance)

· Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record

· Willingness to travel statewide

· Proficient in English

· Competent in Microsoft Office

· Adaptable to new technologies and web-based software
