Job Title: Lead Electrician

Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing is seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our electrical services team, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • Review electrical blueprints to identify wiring circuits.
  • Inspect electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakers.
  • Coordinate with team members to install light fixtures and other items.
  • Use industry-specific tools, such as ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers.
  • Identify electrical wires accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck.
  • Maintain accurate invoices, records, and notes.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical service and troubleshooting.
  • Obtaining a FL Journeyman electrician license is a plus.
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the trade.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
  • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Available to work on-call and respond immediately to electrical emergencies.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet FCCI auto guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
