As a Growth Support Specialist at RSM Global, you will collaborate with pursuit leaders, market development teams, and business development professionals to support local market, line of business, and industry intentional growth activities.
You will utilize firm tools to support growth initiatives, including intentional growth teams, market-facing sponsorships and events, marketing campaigns, maintenance of customer and prospect data quality, and preparation of brand- and risk-compliant proposals and pursuit deliverables.
With guidance, you will demonstrate the ability to manage the needs of your teams and stakeholders with proficient time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and supports local market, line of business, or industry-focused intentional growth strategy.
- Supports regular cadence of growth meetings, including coordinating growth meeting schedule, preparing and distributing agenda and growth documents, documenting discussion and action items, maintaining repository of meeting notes and related documents, monitoring activity and progress with team members between meeting cycles, keeping relevant stakeholders apprised of progress, and providing comprehensive support for the customer relationship management (CRM) platform to monitor pipeline, document relationship activity, and track due dates.
- Performs account, data, and various other types of research to support pursuit efforts.
- Provides ad hoc support as needed for CRM requests, pipeline reports, and the development and production of presentations and pursuit documents.
- Proactively manages time and executes responsibilities.
- Works directly with market developer or pursuit leader to support the successful execution of market-facing seminars, conferences, meetings, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects of low to moderate risk.
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership.
- Cultivates a safe environment to ask questions, share innovative ideas, and make suggestions.
- Provides relevant and timely performance feedback to others, both positive and constructive.
- Provides peer-to-peer collaboration and guidance.
- Helps build a diverse and inclusive culture in the workplace.

At RSM Global, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role.
The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc.
As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range:
$44,700 - $71,500
