Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans.
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Passion for caring for seniors and commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
- CPR certification required.
