Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course.
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses.
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
