Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, utilizing evidence-based practice standards and certifications, including RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN.
- Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare professionals and UCHealth staff.
- Contribute to a safe and quality-driven environment at the point of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to women and infants, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery - Birth Center, Women's Care, and NICU.
