Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Reconciliation Representative to join our team at Towne Family of Companies. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze daily reports from various internal sources to identify discrepancies and errors.
  • Utilize financial software and research tools to reconcile loan general ledger accounts on a daily basis.
  • Conduct thorough research and follow-up to resolve outstanding entries in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to bank employees on proper transaction entry procedures.
  • Monitor and report any concerns, errors, or unusual activity to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Requirements
  • High School graduate degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a financial or accounting environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Previous work experience in banking or account reconciliation.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email and verbally.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and sitting for extended periods.
  • Close visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis and documentation preparation.
  • Work in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
