Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Reconciliation Representative to join our team at Towne Family of Companies. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile daily reports from various internal sources and reconcile loan general ledger accounts using program tools and research.
  • Perform research and follow-up to ensure outstanding entries are cleared in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to bank employees on proper transaction entry.
  • Identify and report any concerns, errors, or unusual activity to management.
  • Comply with all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Requirements
  • High School graduate degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a financial or accounting environment.
  • Excellent member service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education with an emphasis in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Previous work experience in banking or account reconciliation.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and sit most of the time.
  • Close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data and preparing documentation.
