Key Responsibilities- Compile daily reports from various internal sources and reconcile loan general ledger accounts using program tools and research.
- Perform research and follow-up to ensure outstanding entries are cleared in a timely manner.
- Provide training and guidance to bank employees on proper transaction entry.
- Identify and report any concerns, errors, or unusual activity to management.
- Comply with all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
- High School graduate degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a financial or accounting environment.
- Excellent member service skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Products.
- Education with an emphasis in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Previous work experience in banking or account reconciliation.
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and sit most of the time.
- Close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data and preparing documentation.
