Job Overview:
The role involves providing assistance to all clients with order placements and addressing any inquiries related to the organization.

Additionally, the position requires ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty as their chosen distributor, accommodating their needs to the best of your ability.

Resolve client issues and manage a variety of specific situations where established procedures are in place.

Engage and communicate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues in a professional manner, ensuring inquiries are addressed accurately and promptly.

Act as a collaborative team member within the department and organization, fulfilling any assigned duties to support the company effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders
- Manage customer credits
- Accurately input order and invoicing details in a timely manner
- Assist clients with their orders and resolve issues
- Liaise with suppliers to request samples for clients
- Provide knowledgeable and professional support when interacting with the public, clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Carry out administrative tasks such as daily fax and mail checks, drafting sample requests, and special orders as needed
- Participate in training sessions and customer service meetings
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service, call center, or related fields.
