Client Solutions Specialist

CRD Careers is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in connecting clients with solutions that help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and Deepen Relationships: Work with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend the best products and services to meet those needs.
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Create customized solutions to address customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sell and Fulfill Banking Products: Sell and deliver banking products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
- Identify Client Needs: Identify opportunities to sell licensed sales functions and refer clients to partners.
- Manage Risk: Leverage available tools to manage risk in every business product and service transaction.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Consumer Products and Solutions: Have a deep understanding of consumer products and solutions.
- Telephone Sales: Possess excellent telephone sales skills.
- Referral Sales: Be able to identify opportunities for referral sales.
- Transitioning Client Conversations: Effectively transition client conversations to sales opportunities.
- Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Building Rapport: Build rapport with clients and establish trust.
- Active Listening: Possess excellent active listening skills.
- Overcoming Objections: Effectively overcome objections and close sales.
- Gaining Agreement: Be able to gain agreement from clients.

- Experience in Financial Services: Have experience in financial services.
- Experience in Sales: Have experience in sales, cross-selling, upselling, or referring products.
- Experience in Contact Centers: Have experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center.
- Experience as a Personal Banker: Have experience working as a Personal Banker managing high client volume.
