Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Waste Treatment Facility Operator to join our team at Sentech Services. The primary responsibilities include operating the waste treatment facility, treating and disposing of accumulated waste, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with hazardous waste regulations.

This role involves recording data, managing chemical solutions, and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have experience in a lab or water treatment setting, familiarity with hazardous waste management, and ability to operate machinery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for treating and disposing of waste daily, maintaining equipment, recording disposal schedules and tracking manifests, and overseeing hazardous waste management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treat and dispose of waste daily.
  • Maintain equipment, including lubrication, press cleaning, and stagnant rinse changes.
  • Record disposal schedules and track manifests.
  • Treat waste solutions and dispose of them per Federal, State, and Local regulations.
  • Perform chemical additions to tanks as directed by lab personnel.
  • Oversee hazardous waste management.
  • Record and test data from the Ion Exchange and RO units daily.
  • Operate hi-lo equipment as needed.
