Job Duties:

  • Maintain a standard of helpful, friendly, and professional service
  • Guide guests efficiently to retailers, dining options, accommodations, and attractions
  • Tailor services to meet guests' needs effectively
  • Adopt an above-and-beyond approach to guest assistance
  • Enthusiastically support all property programs and initiatives
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Keep the Concierge workspace stocked with relevant information, including local maps and brochures
  • Build and sustain relationships through networking with retailers
  • Meet or exceed established goals for specific job functions
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of the local community and proactively stay informed about trends, events, and attractions

Proposed Base Salary: $17 per hour
