Account Manager Role

As a vital member of the Emond Richardson - State Farm Agent team, you will play a crucial role in our daily business operations and customers' success. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations to close sales.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Requirements:
  • Must have a Property & Casualty License.
  • Must have prior State Farm experience.
  • Experience in sales is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a Life & Health license.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
